Our automatic core loading machines have become the industry standard for reliable performance in the paper converting, plastic, film and foil markets. Our machines are known for their longevity and continuous trouble-free operation for companies in the food, pharmaceutical and textile industries.

Gerhart Core Loaders are fully adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of core sizes. Two models are available: Model 220 for cores up to 2-1/4” diameter and 8” long, and Model 230 for longer cores.

For paper converting operations, Gerhart’s flexible Small Roll Finishing System fits in perfectly. The machine accepts a wound set of rolls from your slitter, automatically separates, tamps, and conveys them to the packing area. The structure can be easily adapted to fit tight floorspace, and may be ordered complete or in separate components.

The Gerhart Finishing system accommodates several roll sizes with quick changeover to minimize downtime.
